Avete indovinato, sono delle mie nipotine. Sono pezzi di un paio di vecchi jeans del loro papa', che io ho ricamato con i loro personaggi dei cartoni preferiti, personalizzati e rifiniti con un bel ciondolino in Fimo. Li porteranno con loro in vacanza, zeppi di pastelli e colori, il loro passatempo preferito!

Correct! They are for my little nieces. They are pieces of an old pair of jeans belonging to their father, that I have embroidered with their favourite cartoon characters, personalized and finished with a nice Fimo "pendant". They will bring these pencilcases with them on holiday, packed with crayons, their favourite hobby!

Mi piace un sacco, anche se confesso che non ho ancora deciso cosa farci. Solitamente i quadretti non mi piacciono, al massimo stavo pensando ad un pannellino oppure ad un vassoio (ricamo sotto vetro), ma se avete altri suggerimenti... sono qua! Il ricamo e' grande circa 23*16 cm.

I love it, even if I confess I have not yet decided what to do with it. I usually don't like frames, I was thinking about a little fabric panel or to a tray (with the stitch under the glass), but if you have other suggestions... I am here to listen! The stitch is 23*16 cm.

Qualche ricamo a macchina per personalizzare i vestitini delle mie nipotine...

E adesso corro ad iniziare un altro ricamo!

... e il secondo...

...perche' era d'obbligo, dopo tutta la faticaccia (volontaria) che ho fatto oggi per preparare le calze della Befana alle mie nipotine adorate!!

E allora, dopo l'ultimo punto festone, vi mostro le mie creazioni che domani saranno riempite da ogni genere di leccornia per la gioia delle mie piccole golosone!

Bando alle ciance, eccole!





Sono realizzate con la tecnica dell'applique a macchina su feltro, con ricami di Designs by Juju che sono troppo teneri e carini! Comunque la prossima che mi dice che quando si ricama a macchina e' lei che fa tutto da solo, sara' costretta a realizzare un applique a macchina con 8 passaggi di applicazioni di stoffe diverse... e poi ne riparliamo!!!

Va beh, pero' direi che ne valeva la pena, e adesso posso andare a nanna stanca ma soddisfatta!!!

... and the second one...
just because, after all the (voluntary) labour of this afternoon, I wanted to show you the "old fairy" socks I did for my beloved nieces!

And so, after the last scallop stitch, here I am to show you my creations that tomorrow will be filled with every kind of candy, chocolate and sweet for my little gourmets.

Here you have them!

They are done with machine applique on felt, with very tender patterns by Designs by Juju. And the next one will say that when you machine embroider, you are doing NOTHING, will be forced to try a 8-different-fabrics-applique pattern... and than we can talk about it again!!

OK, but I am anyway happy and now I can go to sleep tired but satisfied!
